Terms and conditions
We follow sales and delivery conditions which are regulated by the Purchase Act, the Marketing Act and the Consumer Contracts Act. 

Prices
All prices (physical and online) include VAT

Delivery
It takes on average between 7 days for delivery of physical goods. We deliver to private addresses or parcel delivery shops. As a rule, we do not deliver abroad. Shipping is included in the price.

Order confirmation
Rights, complaints, service and right of withdrawal 
When purchasing physical goods, membership and courses, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The consumer can cancel part of the purchase if several items have been purchased.

The consumer can use his right of withdrawal 14 days after purchase, but the consumer himself is obliged to send physical goods back and pay for the return shipping.

In case of a complaint about a physical item, the item can be returned within 14 days

The consumer receives his entire payment refunded no later than 7 days after the item has been returned.

Conditions
When purchasing membership, you receive an email with information about booking support groups and registration for internal courses

When purchasing a course, you receive a confirmation of purchase
